So yet another weekend has past. This weekend mostly consisted of taking care of Denean, as she was dealing with stomach problems. Well to back up a little, Friday night was the last night of Informals. After that we had a closed SAC meeting at Applebee's (since Bassett is still not 21, homecoming week he turns finally). And amazingly enough, the youngest of the bunch was voted SAC president, while I was his only competition, so I became Vice. Hirsch was given the secretary position, whether or not he wanted it. Morin took the treasurer position after a "fist-fight" battle with Amt.
We returned to the house at 11pm to find Ryan Jackson, puking/passed out after making a bottle of Jose his bitch. The night was filled with drinking a random green liquid consisting of 99 Apple, DNL and green Hawiian punch. The night remained on par with the Friday nights this year, random girls (mostly Woodsies, though finally a couple attractive ones) came and went not too many conversion remained memorable, though I ended doing a few steps of swing dancing that I vaguely recalled from Denean teaching me while we were in high school. And somehow out of that Mikey ended up with a date for the next night (with one of the cute ones at that). The night blurs for the most part after that between the alcohol and my non-existant memory. It mostly contained countless rounds of Mexican and a conversation with a friend that ended when she needed to puke. Overall it was a decent night, relaxing and not too intoxicated, just a good buzz and an empty bottle at the end of the night.
Saturday started like most have this year. I called Denean up and see what she wanted to do for lunch. She decided she wanted some Taco Bell so I stopped by there on my way to her apartment pick us up $8 worth of greasy goodness. Though this time the goodness wasn't so good for Denean. About an hour after eating she became extremely naseaus so we spent the rest of the early afternoon sitting on the futon napping and watching TV, she attempted to get the work done that she needed up was quite unable. After most the day was gone we decided that she needed to see if walking it off would assist anything so we headed to the mall, with the promise that I would buy her a shirt she wanted. So we drove to Honey Creek with the intent of hitting up Sears to try to find some stuff we liked out of the catalogue. We spent hours traveling to the different stores that Denean likes to shop at. At Penney's she tried on a handful of outfits. I always love seeing Denean try on different stuff, I didn't quite get the "variety" that I coulda hoped for but the professional/teacher type clothes can be fun. After hours of shopping and not eating for 8 hours or so I decided that we go to T.G.I. Fridays. Big mistake, kinda. We got sat after a 20 minute wait or so and ended up being in a section of a 65 year old guy, who was extremely flustered for working a Saturday night. I debated whether I wanted to spend the money for steak or not. I fought the choice and settled on the chicken and shrimp, saving $5. After another 20 minute wait he came and took our orders, nothing to difficult, drinks, app and meals. He soon returned to ask what kinda of dressing I wanted. Then an 20 minutes passed and our food came out....yet no app or drinks. The poor waitress that brought our food was confused and apologized and went to find the manager for us. She brought out my salad for me, and I soon say a young guy wearing a shirt and tie talking to our clueless server. He came over and apologized and said that everything would be on him tonight. SCORE!! Damn, I wish I would've gone with the steak! He fought to get our drinks to us, Denean had a big Michelob Ultra and I had the weakest Long Island I've ever had, but hell it was FREE. We also obtained a couple free app coupons from the manager, double score.

More on the weekend as I get the energy
